Từ khóa: Ti6Al4V, công nghệ in 3D, hợp kim titan.

ABSTRACT

Surface morphology, structure/microstructure, and hardness of Ti6Al4V alloy samples fabricated by 3D printing technology were investigated by using optical emission spectrometer, X-ray scanner, roughness measurement instrument, optical microscope, digital microscope, X-ray diffractometer, and microhardness tester. The results show that the surface roughness is about (6 ÷ 12) μm. The printed samples have a uniform microstructure and are free of printing defects larger than 0.5 mm in size. The printed samples mainly have a phase composition of α or α‘ and a small amount of β phase. The surface hardness of the samples are in the range of (405 ÷ 424) HV1.

Keywords: Ti6Al4V, 3D printing, titanium alloy.
